“Queer to Stay – 21 Years of Manchester Pride” at Lowry – Still Chance to See Charlotte’s Work!

The Lowry is still featuring Charlotte Newson’s work in “Queer to Stay: 21 Years of Manchester Pride” exhibition.

Catch the work of Charlotte Newson as it is included in the new Lowry exhibition “Queer to Stay: 21 years of Manchester Pride.”

This exhibition will be on for another month until 16th October 2011 so make sure you get to visit as soon as possible so you do not miss out!

Charlotte has been involved in Manchester Pride on more that one occasion and has been the Creative Director for the Euro-Pride Official Parade entry in 2003.

Charlotte’s bold designs and memorable pieces will be celebrated as part of the show- these include an astounding “12 meter high frock” and a stunning human rainbow of 100 people.

Inclusion of Charlotte’s work in this excellent exhibition is a fitting tribute to her contribution to Manchester Pridefestivals and all those to come!

The exhibition is detailed on the Lowry website– http://www.thelowry.com/event/queer-to-stay-21-years-of-manchester-pride
